Shipping

Processing Time
Most orders ship within 5 business days, unless it is during planner season (November - January) or teacher planner season (June - August).  During these times, it can take 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped.  This does not include delivery time.

We will try our best to update the current processing speed in the text banner across the top of the website.

 

Delivery Time
We primarily use USPS for delivery, however, other options may be needed for large orders.  Please use the map below for an estimate on first-class shipping speeds from our office. 

First Class mail is usually 3-7 days.
Priority speed is typically faster at 2-4 days.
Expedited is Overnight-2 days.

*The map shown is an estimate with the usual shipping time frames for USPS to deliver from our office.  USPS can speed up or slow down these time frames at any time.  Also, holidays, world events, and local events can affect your package delivery.  Although we will try our best to ship as soon as possible, we are not responsible for late deliveries due to USPS delays.


Lost Packages
If USPS marks your package as lost, which will be shown within the tracking on their website, please reach out to us ASAP.


Stolen Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered, however you do not see your package at the delivery location, be sure to check with neighbors and wait at least 24 hours, as delivery carriers are known to mark packages as delivered before they are actually delivered.  Unfortunately, we can not assist with stolen packages, as the delivery is out of our hands and out of the hands of the post office once it hits your doorstep. 

 

Essentially, we can only manage the order and its location until it leaves our office, however, we do understand that packages get lost, and we will work with you on a solution.
