Here are some FAQ's. If you have any questions, just send us a live chat or email.

How long does a fundraiser last?

We suggest starting on a Friday and ending on the next Friday, no longer than one week. This allows participants to take the fundraiser through the weekend, sending the message to friends and family members. The one week time frame helps to create urgency with orders. You are welcome to create your fundraiser for any length of time, these are just our suggestions!

Is December the best time of year for a planner fundraiser?

Yes! 75% of our sales come in during what is called "Planner Season". These are the months of November, December, and January, when most people are searching for a new planner. During any other time of the year, you are less likely to gain the most benefits of a planner fundraiser because most people have already bought a planner for the year. However, we do sell planners to start at any time of the year, so fundraisers are welcome all the time!

How can we send our fundraiser link to friends and family members?

You will have 3 different ways to send the link directly to anyone who wants to purchase. A printable PDF with fundraiser details, a direct link to copy and paste, and a QR code to scan.

Participants can use a PDF print out of the fundraiser details with pictures of the items available to order. On the brochure will be a direct link to the webpage and a scannable QR Code. For a demo of this brochure, scroll up and click the link to view a copy.

How much money will we make? Do people really buy planners?

We're so glad you asked! Yes, it turns out planner enthusiasts are everywhere! When we started Checklist Planners, we were shocked to see how many customers ordered planners all throughout the year, and how many sold so quickly!

Although we don't know exactly how much you will make, we estimate that if your participants are heavily involved in receiving orders, and you plan your fundraiser during peak planner season, you should meet or exceed your goal!

How long will shipping take?

Orders will ship within 1-4 weeks unless otherwise specified in the banner at the top of the webpage.

How are the planners and other items delivered?

We offer local delivery within 15 miles of our office or USPS delivery nationwide within the USA only.

Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?

No. Due to the nature of your fundraising items being customized to your specific organizations name and/or logos and/or colors, we can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 24 hours or delivery.

Can I view sales/donations in real time?

Yes! We use a software called "GiveBack" that allows you to see order donations in real time as they come in. You will not be able to see customer information, but you will be able to see the sum of all donations so far.

When and how will we as an organization receive the funds we've made from the fundraiser?

NON-PROFIT - either paypal fundraiser account or certified check

FOR PROFIT - certified check

-----We offer two different forms of payment. For Non-Profits, we can send the payment to your organizations PayPal Fundraiser account. The PayPal account must show up as your organizations name. Paypal will cover 100% of the transaction fee.

If you are a For Profit business, we can send the funds to your Paypal account as a business payemnt, however, Paypal will charge a % of the total payment. That Paypal fee will come out of the total funds and will be your responsibility.

As an alternative to both options above, we can mail a certified check in the name of your business. Someone will have to be available to sign for the check.

All payments will be sent within 5 business days of the final day of your fundraiser.

How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped directly to each customer. At checkout, they will pay a flat $5.99 fee per order. We are only able to ship to domestic addresses within the USA.

Is this an online only fundraiser?
